AND THE RECOMMENDED CANDIDATE THAT CAME TODAY IS CHRIS CONWAY. CHRIS IS ACTUALLY A FISHER'S HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE AND HE HAD HIS TEACHING EXPERIENCE AT RIVERSIDE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL. HE WENT OFF TO ELWOOD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS TO GET FOUR YEARS OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE, AND NOW HE'S BACK HOME, UM, IN HSE. SO WE'RE REALLY EXCITED TO HAVE HIM JOIN US. DURING HIS TIME. STEVE HAS BEEN A NEW TEACHER, MENTOR, STUDENT LEADERSHIP RETREAT DIRECTOR FOR THE HCC AND GIRLS GOLF COACH. STEVE IS A GRADUATE OF INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY EARNING A BACHELOR'S IN SCIENCE, AND HE HOLDS TWO MASTER'S DEGREES, ONE IN CREATIVITY AND CRITICAL THINKING FROM UMASS AT BOSTON, AND ONE IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP FROM WESTERN GOVERNOR'S UNIVERSITY. STEVE IS A COLLABORATOR, TEAM BUILDER AND PROBLEM SOLVER, AND WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE STEVE ON THE TEAM AND LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING TOGETHER TO ENHANCE THE WORK WE'RE DOING AT HSC. SO, MR. JORDAN HAS HELPED IN THE DEAN'S OFFICE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE AT MANAGING STUDENT BEHAVIOR THROUGH THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS PASSION TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. JORDAN IS A GRADUATE OF BALL STATE UNIVERSITY EARNING A, UH, BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION, AND HE HOLDS A MASTER'S DEGREE ALSO FROM BALL STATE UNIVERSITY AND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP.
