THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, YOU HAVE HEARD FROM SETH CELINE -- AS A REMINDER, THE SCHOOL IS RECOMMENDING THE ISSUANCE OF TWO OR MORE SERIES OF BONDS IN THE TOTAL RENTABLE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45 MILLION. THE SCHOOL ANTICIPATES CLOSING ON THE FIRST SERIES OF THOSE BONDS , BY OR BEFORE THE END OF JUNE, IN THE AMOUNT OF APPROXIMATELY $35 MILLION. AND THEN WE PAIR TO ISSUE OUR SECOND SERIES SOMETIMES IN LATE AUGUST OR EARLY SEPTEMBER. WHEN IT IS CERTIFIED IN EARLY AUGUST. THE GO BONDS WILL NOT INCREASE OUR TOTAL DEBTS ARE THE TAX RATE.

WE HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL STEPS TO DATE WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF THIS BOND. YOU MAY RECALL WE HAVE HAD TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION HEARING, ON APRIL 10TH AND 24TH, RESPECTIVELY. ON APRIL 24TH, WE APPROVED THE PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION RESOLUTION. TONIGHT, BEFORE YOU, WE TAKE THE FINAL THREE STEPS IN THE PROCESS. THE FIRST DEPP IS, WE HAVE A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS IN THE RELATED MATTERS. THIS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZES THE ISSUANCE IN THE ORIGINAL AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $49 MILLION . AND THEN APPROVES ALL ACTIONS AND BOND DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. THINK OF THAT AS THE FINAL BOARD APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION WITH RESPECT TO THE BONDS. THE SECOND PART OF THIS EQUATION NOW IS MAKING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION SO THE SCHOOL CAN ACCESS THE PROCEEDS WITH THE BONDS. BECAUSE THOSE PROCEEDS WERE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU OTHERWISE PLAN YOUR BUDGET FOR 2024.
