INDUSTRY. >> I WAS ALSO AN AGRICULTURAL COMMUNICATIONS AND WHEN WE STARTED OUT DOING AGRICULTURAL COMMUNICATIONS WE CREATED A MEDIA PLAN WHICH JUST LIKE ANY OTHER MEDIA PLAN HE WOULD USUALLY MAKE A SECOND FORM OF COMMUNICATION AND WE CREATED LIKE A HYPOTHETICAL EVENT OUR CHAPTER WOULD HOST TO HELP BRING PEOPLE TO OUR CHAPTER OUR HSC CHAPTER AND I ALSO COMPETED IN THE HORSE JUDGING COMPETITION WHICH WE PLACED THIRD IN FIRST TODAY.

MY FIRST DAY IN MY CLASS MR. YACHT STARTED TALKING ABOUT FFA AND TO GET INVOLVED AND JOIN MY FIRST THROUGH EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T TOTALLY A PART OF IT WAS GOING TO THE DAIRY BARN WHICH WE ARE HOLDING AUGUST 19. THAT WAS MY FIRST ACTUAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY AFTER THAT I WAS HOOKED ON FFA AND EVER SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN A PROUD MEMBER.

AND NOW, DISRESPECT TO STUDENTS AS THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WILL BE IMPACTED THE MOST BY SOME OF THE UNNECESSARY CHANGES THAT WERE PRESENTED. RELATIONSHIPS ARE BUILT ON TRUST. ONCE AGAIN, TRUST IS BROKEN.

DURING MY TIME AT ÃÃMY LEARNING WAS NEVER DISRUPTED BY SOMEONE ELSE'S CLOTHING CHOICES BUT ONLY BY TEACHERS HAVING TO STOP CLASS TO EXCUSE ONE OF MY PEERS BECAUSE THEY BELIEVED I WAS GOING TO BE DISTRACTED.

NOT ONLY TO THE GUIDELINES DISPROPORTIONATELY AFFECT FEMALE STUDENTS AND INADVERTENTLY SEXUALIZE YOUNG GIRLS THEY ALSO PROMOTE A CULTURE OF MICROMANAGEMENT AND CREATE UNDUE BURDEN ON TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS TO I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT TEACHERS TALKING TO STUDENTS ABOUT THEIR FEELINGS OR GIVING BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS BUT HAVE NO ISSUE WITH THEM MAKING DECISIONS ABOUT THE APPROPRIATENESS OF CLOTHING BEYOND WHAT'S ALREADY ADDRESSED IN THE HANDBOOK.

FOR THOSE WHO ÃÃTO LEAVE IT UP TO THE PARENTS TO MONITOR THEIR OWN CHILDREN'S APPAREL WITHIN THE CURRENT HANDBOOK GUIDELINES ALLOW THE TEACHERS TO SPEND THEIR TIME TEACHING.

ENCOURAGE YOU TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE HANDBOOK PROCESS.

MY CHILDREN DO NOT NEED TO EXPLAIN TO SOMEONE THAT THEY HAVE AN UPSET STOMACH OR ON THEIR PERIOD AND THAT'S WHY THEY NEED TO HEAD TO THE RESTAURANT.

I CAN BE ON BOARD WITH EMPOWERING TEACHERS TO ALLOW HOODS IN THE CLASSROOM AS LONG AS CHILDREN WITH EXEMPTIONS FROM THE POLICY ARE NOT CONSTANTLY HARASSED IN THE HALLWAYS BECAUSE HOW CAN EVERY TEACHER KNOW EACH SITUATION THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF KIDS IN THE HIGH SCHOOLS.

THE NEED TO EXPAND THE SPACE SO ALL STUDENTS ARE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE PLAY STRUCTURES THE BUILDING OPEN WE STARTED LOOKING INTO THE FUNDRAISING IN 2019 AND UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO COVID WE HAD TO PUT IT ON PAUSE AS MANY PTO'S HAD TO DEAL WITH THE FUNDRAISING. THANKFULLY LAST YEAR AND OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS WE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE OUR CARNIVAL AND EXPLORE A PHONE AND WE NOW RAISE ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. IT PROMOTES THE HEALTHY DEMOCRATIC PROCESS, LEADING TO MORE INFORMED DECISION MAKING. AND IT WILL ENCOURAGE THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND EMPATHY AND BROADENS OUR PERSPECTIVES.

MINDSET IS SOMETHING THAT WE COULD ALL CONSIDER AND SHOULD CONSIDER EMBODYING, AND IN THAT ESSENCE, IT IS THE BEHAVIOR THAT YOU'LL WANT TO SEE AND CULTIVATE PATIENCE AS PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE THEIR MIND IN ONE CONVERSATION.
